Sports Events & Travel

It is a sign of success in our industry when the best in the business put their faith in you to organise their event. Barwell is heavily involved in organising sports travel at the highest level and over the years we have worked with many professional sporting teams and bodies.

In the footballing world, we were instrumental in organising the pre-World Cup warm-up at La Manga Club for the England football squad and associated media. We have also worked on pre-season and mid-season training breaks for Wales, Tottenham Hotspur, Blackburn Rovers, Chelsea, Coventry City, Derby County, Southampton and Newcastle United.

In terms of sports governing bodies, we also run an annual event for the Professional Rugby Association, are a travel partner of the Lawn Tennis Association on Davis Cup training camps and, more recently, we have been recognised by the Professional Footballers Association as its Overseas Travel Partner.

We also create unique sporting events and golf tournaments in conjunction with the corporate and consumer lifestyle sectors.
